Modded bindings

SO, I've compiled a modpack for myself and a couple of friends, and I have some questions, whether it's possible to have multiple mod bindings put into one button, or would it create any problems with the VR game? I'm talking mods like IC2, ProjectRed, AppleidEnergistics2, Mekanism, Extreme Reactors, Avaritia (&addons for EnderIO and Tinkers), EnderIO and Tinkers, and a couple of QoL mods?
